The fishing line Fluor-X had been originally designed for sea-fishing but, because of its properties, it has become very popular among specialists in Bolognese method and pole fishing. It is made of NF90 Fluorine nylon polymer of clear color which, in addition to the high resistance and strength, has nearly the same refraction as water and is therefore, almost invisible during bait or lure presentation. Its surface is coated with a silicone layer which protects the line from damages caused by salt water. Supplied in 250m packs.
